This unit is located on the first floor equipped with all the modern-day amenities a guest could desire. Guests will live like a true Lexingtonian and will be conveniently located for all their stay needs. Professionally managed, by Pure property management of Kentucky. Our team is readily available to assist with any guest needs Located in the heart of downtown Lexington on historic upper Street. Our property is located to all the conveniences of downtown and the university of Kentucky. Guest are able to find off street parking to pay and several lots nearby. Parking is not included at this unit Guest will have full access to our apartment Permit #:15030061-1 Please note, this property does not include parking. There are several spaces nearby for guests to park, our team will advise on available lots to park. However, we do have the option to rent one parking pass, we do require guests to pay a $150 Deposit and the pass must be turned in at checkout. If the pass is returned, guests will be refunded their $150 deposit. This is for street parking where the apartment is located. We took our teenaged son and his friend to a Kentucky basketball game and this was the PERFECT location for us to walk to campus and Rupp Arena. Plenty of space to stretch out with two bedrooms, a nice sized living room and kitchen. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and day bed which was great. The best part of this rental is the location.
