This apartment, located in a historic multi-unit house, is located within walking distance of both downtown Lexington and the University of Kentucky. Transylvania University is also nearby. Rupp Arena is 3/4ths of a mile away. The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings and fireplaces in two rooms, and was recently remodeled and restored. The house dates to 1908 and features a bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. I have stayed in short term rentals myself, and my aim is to make your stay easy, pleasant and comfortable.
