You get what you pay for: low cost=low end. Very dated, thin walls, heater unreliable. Bed was clean but comforter stained & sheet had a couple cigarette burns. Butts & beer cans on the walkway, Well lit outside at night.

Waffle House attached to the parking lot was a key feature at 3am when I wanted something. Clean bed and decent atmosphere. Only downside was my room smelled like cigarettes even though the door said no smoking

The room we were in had a strong smell in you open the door like someone was smoking in there, or a small hint of wetness. Our friends room on the second floor was a total mess. Wallpaper coming off the walls, not too clean, just a bad experience for them. Will NOT us this place again.

The pm receptionist was trying to be helpful. Difficult circumstance - key system didn’t work. Had to come down each time to open my door . Coffee pot broken. Phone broken. Lacked refrigerator as advertised. Layers of filth behind nightstand and headboard. Lack of adequate outlets to accommodate sleep machines.

Stains on the bedding, group of people partying outside our door. Had to leave and go to another hotel bc it was so dirty. I have yet to get a return phone call from management about a refund. HORRIBLE service! Wld NEVER stay here again

Place looks run down and outdated. Pool was nice and it’s 8 miles from Buc’ees. I do not recommend this place at all.

You can see light coming in from the outside. The room was dusty dirty Mold in the bathrooms. Stains in the carpet.

Black mold
I woke up to half inch of water in the floor from the ceiling dripping water. There were signs of previous water damage as well as black mold on wall.

Pool was closed in June :(
I did chose this hotel because it had a pool. Then when I got there the pool was closed. I was very upset about that. It was a clean place to stay and comfortable.

The room itself wasn't bad and the exterior was well lit. If it had been in a better part of Richmond we may have stayed the full night. Unfortunately, their were lots of people wandering about outside the room and sirens constantly. We needed sleep and comfort. We went to another place with interior rooms.

The room was smelly, stains on every piece of carpet, rust in bathroom sink and refrigerator , etc. Asked for another room which was better but not by much! ( not do smelly). The whole place needs to be remodeled or torn down, please take this place off of your options! Someone from hotels.com should make a surprise visit.

The motel needed some serious up dates. The room was disgusting. Dirty stained carpet, odor when entering room. Microwave and fridge should have been tossed out years ago. Furniture was in bad shape. Curtains not attached to rod. Door looked like it had been kicked in several times. The bath area was in need of repairs. The price for one nite was competitive with much nicer cleaner hotels. I would not recommend this Motel.

Entry door not very secure. Chain/slide catch missing two of four screws. The two that are left are very loose. I’m an early riser so when I left the room in the morning in search of coffee my key card was inoperable causing me to wake the entire family when I had to knock on the door. Stair well to second floor ,outdoor, very dark. People lurking about. Felt very unsafe. Choose another place for overnight stay.

My room was in a very disappointing condition. The carpets are filthy, the room phone and hairdryer are broken, and the light fixtures are broken and missing light bulbs. Do I need to mention the cleanliness of the microwave and mini fridge?

Walked in the room and there was a dead bug on the table. Walked into the bathroom and there was a hole in the wall. Left the hotel immediately.

Old Run Down Motel
This Days Inn is a very old run down motel. We did not get the correct room we reserved, the bed in the room we did get was like sleeping on concrete. Coffee maker in the room did not work. The continental breakfast was lacking. The pool was gross and we did not go in.

The window curtains were very stained. The door has a gap at the bottom and various insects were crawling in. The shower curtain was very molded. The ceiling in the bathroom was very moldy. The pool was moldy around the sides and not in good repair. A lot of trash left around the pool.

For a quick cheap stay it not t bad. It’s not super clean, but the bedding seemed clean. My main issue was the bathroom. Hair on the toilet and the shower head looked like it may have had mold on it. I would not shower there.

The room was was disgusting the lock on the door was broke the bed linens had cigarette Burns and s*** stains there was no hot water everything had dust and was disgusting. The wall had boogers on it the carpet was nasty and the heating unit barely worked and the lady up front was rude brought me my rollaway bed that had a broken spring and still charged me for it one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in in my life. There was also bed bugs two of my kids got bit up by them

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. Not only did they not have the room that we booked weeks ago but they gave us a non smoking room which smelled like an ashtray tray and it was incredibly dirty. We walked into the room and left right away and checked out. Customer service didn’t care that we were leaving right after checking in five minutes earlier.
