Office staff was very Accommodating , I asked for a room that would be away from other guests so my autistic daughter couldnt disturb them if she was being loud, I also asked the nice gentlemen working the front desk for a big garbage bag, he didn't have one on hand, a few hours later he saw us and gave us one , it shows he didnt forget our needs! Makes you feel cared and thought about! Definitely felt comfortable staying there with my family !

Unfortunately this hotel was very run down and extremely noisy. I could hear every word the neighbors said, the foot step above us were so loud we were woken up numerous times. I could even hear the neighbors use the bathroom. So disappointing that they jack up the rates during games days and this is the condition. I would never reccomend this hotel.

Nice hotel for the cost
The room was clean, comfortable and basic. It's definitely more for the business traveler or someone passing through just looking for a place to crash for a night or two. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a great location with several restaurants within a short distance with a couple of fast-food restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again if I were on a business trip to the area.

When I checked in for my 2 day stay , I was not told until after my money was taken that they had no hot water for showers, i then said i will not be staying the second night and wanted a refund on the second night , the Attendent said manger would be in the next morning { that was not true } and the morning Attendent was rude about the whole thing , and Manger of course says she cant refund on same day cancel which is not true , very unhappy customer that will never stay at a super 8 again

Staff was friendly. However, the hotel itself was disgusting. I read the reviews before booking, expecting a slightly dingy bargain rate hotel. This was not the case, and instead it was unclean and smelled of pet pee. Smell: Walking into the hotel, I noticed an odd smell. It wasn’t until we got to our room, where the smell was much stronger, that I figured out the weird smell was pet urine. The smell was so strong and pungent that it was overwhelming. It was obvious looking at the carpet in the hallways and the room that various pets have urinated on them over the years and it was never properly cleaned up. The bathroom: The shower looked like it had never received a deep clean. I was shocked at how dirty it was. Not to mention, the hair that was left from a previous guest. I don’t have words for how bad the shower was, and I am instead attaching a picture. The room: The floors were obviously stained with pet urine - but they also were not properly vacuumed. There were crumbs all over the floor, and we kept socks or shoes on the entire time. The soles of our white socks turned black after walking around the room in them. The chair in the room should not be sat in. There is various melted food encrusted into the sides. The urine smell never went away. The heater/air conditioner has a very musty/mildew smell when used. When we checked in, I honestly considered driving home. We debated about staying the night, but ultimately decided we really did not have any other optio

a little scary
Pee in the toilet upon arrival. Room smelled like a wet dog. Air conditioner did not work. Sunday morning the maids got into a fist fight outside our room. Cussing and screaming and even a little hair pulling!

The only thing I can say I liked is that we were closer than Lewiston to Pullman by staying here. It was extremely over priced for the condition, cleanliness and location. Bedding and towels were clean. It was a very old and run down building, Carpets were stained, dark dingy hallways, knobs to turn lights on were broken - just not a very comfortable place to stay. Was a only option when I booked as wanted as close to Pullman as possible and had to book within a month of going to Pullman for a sporting event so took the only room available that would accommodate my family of 5. Would not recommend this place.

Homecoming room smelled
The room was fine. It was homecoming weekend so the value was what it was. However, the non-smoking room had a scent of cigarette smoke. I think someone tried to have a smoke in the shower. For the purposes of the trip, the room met the ticket.

Bathroom faucet loose from base and couldn't adjust for hot cold. Had double queen room and there was one bath towel for three people. Staff did bring more towels but faucet was not repaired. "Breakfast" room a total disaster. NO elevator so if you have trouble carrying luggage up stairs, pick somewhere else.

Place is a dump black mold in bathroom and room smelled like a chimney. I was physically ill after one nights stay. Sheets and comforter were not clean long pubic hair on bed. Do not stay here

The man that checked us in was very rude and charged us extra. I asked for a receipt when I checked out and they said exedra would give me. I have not received however it looks like my card was overcharged. I simple smile and helpful tone in a voice can go along way, This staff needs to be educated on customer service, and typically I always give good reviews but I just cant on this one.

The sink and tub did not drain properly, The TV didn’t work. The lobby and hallways were dark, and smelled very bad and had an overall unkempt appearance. I don’t think I will ever stay at another Super 8 again.
