All the amenities are very fine, nice breakfasts, nice lounging area. I plan on staying there again anytime I am in town.

We were out in a handicap room. The shower floor was dirty needs updates! We are not handicapped. Morning front desk clerk was rude when asked a question.

Like i stated before. We could hear the people in the next room (with kids) talking. NOT just noise, but we could hear FULL ON CONVERSATION.

Glen, we do apologize for this inconvenience during your stay. There was a hockey tournament going on in town so many hotels had a lot of kids staying. You can always let our front desk know of these issues and they will help solve these problems so that you can enjoy your stay more. Once again sorry for the problem during your stay.

Good hot breakfast with many options to choose from and servers were very helpful. 1.6 miles from LCSC. Did not get to see much of the facility do to time constraints. Many computers available on sight along with washers and dryers on our floor for 2.00 each. Perk of being able to have dinner on sight. One issue of a mattress having a stain was addressed.

I had to move rooms 3 times because the tv and or toilets did not function in my room. Them was told take it or leave it on the 4th room. There was a big tournament in town and by this time it was past 9:30 pm and I just wanted to go to bed. There was a gal trying to help- but take it or leave it wasn’t the phrase I wanted to hear and the front desk couldn’t care less.

If an issue with the television was the purpose of the room move for various rooms, most likely it was due to an upgrade with our provider. Disappointed, loud, I was not able to sleep.
Your Hotel Room seem clean, but not until I drop something under the AC unit and bed, there was a lot of dust balls, and small food items left by previous customers. The Bathroom fan was so loud, it sounded like a diesel truck, and the sound coming from outside was so loud, I was not able to sleep comfortably, and I was able to listen to people's conversations outside by the elevators; your doors are not sound proofed. Your employees at the front counter were not friendly at all, no one greeted me or say hi, not until I informed them that I had a reservation. You are in the hospitality business and they were not hospitable at all.

Clean Hotel but needs to have maintenance done. Pool Rails were all loose. Our Bathroom Door and Room Door both were very hard to open/shut

This a nice place to stay with a very good restaurant onsite. Room was clean but smelled like dirty socks.... very stale. I opened up the window but there was no screen.

This hotel is gone downhill since it switched from Red Lion. Could not make any adjustments to our heater/air conditioner it didn't appear to work so we had to unplug it from the wall.

It was fine, no major complaints but honestly just not worth the cost. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not exceptionally clean. Breakfast included was good. Location was convenient. Wouldn’t stay again as the amenities don’t justify $200 a night.

Afforable clean hotel
Hotel is older but rooms are well updated (no moldy carpets, modern room furniture). Free breakfast buffet does require you to wait to be seated and waitress serves drinks and a tip is expected.

The worst hotel I've been in. Horrible customer service. Bed sheets were not changed, had numerous brown stains and hair on the bed. I have pictures of it. No blow dryer in the room. There was a sweater left in the closet by previous guest. The room service phone was broken. You had to use your cellphone to call the front desk every time. When we complained about it at the front desk and management, we were treated poorly. Never we will ever stay in this hotel again. We were there to drop off our son to college. Stressful event as it is for us and the hotel staff made it more stressful, unpleasant and sad stay. We called a few hotels in the area because we didn't want to stay there but everywhere was booked.

The reason why we choose to stay at this place was because everything in Pullman was booked or really expensive. Check in was a breeze. And finding our room was easy. The only person I interacted with was the lady at the check in and she was nice and friendly. Room was spacious and the main thing, AC was absolutely amazing! With temperatures in express of 100 outside the AC inside easily got into the 50s. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

The Hell's Canyon Grand Hotel
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good, a step up from the usual continental breakfast. However the extra reminders of the nit picky extra fees (early arrival and late departure) were annoying.

Nice enough place but they absolutely hate that you book through a 3rd party and will not under any circumstances change your reservation in any way. I’m not sure why they list the hotel on your site
