It is a well-kept property and close to the town. Has a convenient fenced in back yard for a dog. We did have one small problem with the shower head, and it was fixed it immediately the next day. First impressions driving up to the house were a little scetchy. The outside of the house is in need of repairs. We had to contact the manager for the code to access the house, it was about a 30 minute waite. Seems like the code could be sent to my phone at least 30 minutes before check- in. The edges of the floor were not vacumned well and the lawn was not mowed (although it had been raining previously). The property is located near the main road so was convient but noisy in one bedroom until late Saturday night. Overall the property fit our needs. The furnace had run out of oil, and hadn't been filled yet, or nobody had checked to make sure it was running again.
