The jacuzzi tub and shower were falling apart. The button on the jacuzzi tub fell off when pressed and the shower head kept falling off too. This property needs to do repairs on their rooms.

I read a lot of bad reviews and was worried. I've never checked out grout before! It's not any worse than at my house. The jetted tub was huge and worked great. The bed was soft, maybe that's why people thought it sagged? I slept well. The pool and jacuzzi were both open and working, but I didn't use them. I had trouble turning the TV off when I wanted to sleep (called front desk = switch on the back of TV) and couldn't get the DirecTV to come back on the next day (someone from front desk came in and got it working). The breakfast room was nice, I had scrambled eggs, sausage and a bagel. There were apples and yogurts and cereal there, too. Overall it was a normal hotel experience.

Friendly and clean but run down
The hotel was overall clean and quiet, and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. BUT the hotel was a bit run down, obvious work down but cheap upgrades, the caulk around the tub was globby and paint was rubbing off the walls. The pool and hot tub was broke down- we picked the hotel because it had an indoor pool and we paid extra for a room with a jetted tub. The jets did not work, the knobs on the tub were removed and there was a switch on the wall but it did not work either.

Our room was nice, big and clean. They upgraded our room cause we had to wait to check in. The lady working at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Close to all kinds of stuff. Definitely would stay there again

The stay was a disappointment. The room that we stayed was dirty with lots of stains. I addressed this issue to the staff, she asked to ignore it because they might have forgotten to clean them from previous guests. The room we stayed was near the exit door. We could hear people walked in and out the place in the middle of nights until at least 3AM!! We didn't get proper sleeps.

Quality inn is not a quality stay
Front desk was apathetic, room was in disrepair with paint peeling, floor moulding held on with tape, outlets loose or missing pieces, and mold starting in the bathroom did not stay for the night checked out almost immediately after checking in currently put in for a refund with hotels.com
Shower head plate was extremely loose
Caulking for bathtub is well past needing replacement
Fan dial missing and plate fell off when turning on bathroom light

Pleasant stay
Front desk lady was a delight after a long road trip. Quick and easy check in. Room was quiet bed comfortable. Just a few stains on carpet and a few cob webs but other than that we were pleased. Good selection for the breakfast. Would stay here again.

The tub had mold all around the caulk, and it was cracked. So the mold had been there awhile and the shower was not that clean either. Asked to chnage rooms due to mold for second night and mold was only slightly better. My daughter and I have high mold allergies and i had my infant with me. We will not be staying here again unfortunately

The room seemed clean and smelled clean when we first arrived. We noticed some mold around the tub but it was late so didn't change rooms. Once in the shower the mold was worse then it looked (caulk was cracked), in the grout and the shower wasnt very clean. We asked to switch rolms the next morning and the second room was only slightly cleaner. Less mold around the caulk but still mold and very dirty grout. Something that would not be as bad if they at least once a week cleaned the shower. We will not be staying there again

They are in the process of remodeling. The room was clean and comfortable. We have stayed there 3 times this summer through winter. Prices in Lewiston for hotels has gone up. This hotel is the most reasonably priced compared with others in the Lewiston Clarkston Valley..

Comfortable hotel room near lots of shopping and restaurants. Nothing fancy, but more than adequate for an overnight stay while my husband was hospitalized nearby. Roomy bathroom and sitting area with a desk and sofa. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.
