The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. There was plenty of room for everyone to have a comfortable stay. Be careful with parking. We accidentally parked in a residents spot and she went into a screaming rant at me and my family for parking in her spot. Even after I apologized and said I would move our cars immediately, she continued to yell and scream at me and my family. The neighbors were very friendly with beautfully kept grounds to stroll through. The information on trash collection was a little vague, it was advertised with a pool, we spent the better part of an hour looking for the non-exix=sting pool. The woman at the office said there was never a pool. That was a very big factor in renting this particular property. We made the best of it, but they need to change thier advertising on this property. We were inundated with emails stating conficting information about the property itself and too many emails.
