The room did not come with a fridge or a microwave so all our leftovers went to waste. The shower was dirty and had hair in it soon arrival and the smoke detector has bright red lights on all the time that shine bright at night and are sketchy

We chose this hotel due to its convenient proximity to San Juan, favorable reviews, and competitive pricing. When we arrived the room seemed satisfactory. However, after our children had settled for the night, we discovered that our bed was missing more than half of the wooden slats meant to support the mattress. We chose not to complain to the staff, because we didn't want to disturb the kids by changing the rooms (if any would be available of course). The next day, while making a cup of tea, we took a packet that included a napkin, a wooden stirrer, and sugar. When we opened it, we realized the sugar packet was empty and had been taped back together at one end. Upon closer inspection of the stirrers, we noticed they had stains on them like it was used to stir coffee or tea - that's disgusting! Yet, the most appalling discovery was a dirty sock tucked at the head of the bed between the mattress and bed frame - definitely NOT OUR SOCK! This raised serious concerns about the hotel's cleaning standards, as one would expect such an item to be noticed during bed-making. Although we are not typically complainers, the accumulation of these issues compelled us to report them at checkout. Regrettably, due to these experiences, we will not be staying at this or any other Comfort Inn hotel in the future.

Good breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. Nice pool. Good hotel for business trip or overnight stop. I wouldn't book it for vacation. No microwave or refrigerator in room. Hotel is on highway and there is a lot of traffic noise. Ocean is across the highway from hotel and is not a swimming area.

Very kind staff ,the facilities are good and near metro area. I liked the breakfast included,the coffee was excellent.The view to the beach was very good. I recommend this hotel because the cost per night is low compared to hotels nearby.

This is a quaint property. Very nice pool. The rooms are nice, the morning breakfast is good.I like the fact they clean the rooms daily and replenish coffee pouches. I wish they had a microwave and mini fridge.

I liked the price, but it’s far from San Juan. An hour in heavy traffic. Not a horrible neighborhood- But not great. Spent a lot of money on cabs and Ubers. Breakfast included was nice. No dining or bar on premises.

The room was not what I expected. The breakfast was very limited. Bathroom was small. Kept having to ask for necessities (wash cloths, toilet paper etc.) staff was very nice and friendly but not very accommodating.

The place is a little noisy with the street and bars down the road. Breakfast is alright, it is continental typical breakfast, the lady that does the breakfast was not very friendly and seemed annoyed when asked questions. Other then that more ice machines and vending would definitely help!

Check- in clerk acted like he was annoyed having to check us in; no a/c in lobby and it was hot no water pressure to shower; hot water took a bit to get warm; killed to roaches in my room; televisions were really small for this price; I expected better this was a third rate hotel at best; no signs to parking lot or hotel; a hotel without hospitality; won’t stay there in future.

Place was very clean, the staff was extremely accommodating. Rooms and bathrooms spotless. The pool area was great for the kiddos. And the breakfast daily was amazing. The beach is an open oceanfront, not for swimming, but couple min down the road you have plenty of options with more than 8 miles of shore. Traveled with 2 kids no complaints.

Regretted staying here. Beds were aweful. Floor was wet and staff wouldnt do anything about it so we kept slipping tile floor. Highway next to hotel so super noisy. Did not get much sleep. Left a day early because of all this and they wouldnt refund us the night we didnt use. We made the mistake of paying with cash so have no recourse-never pay for a hotel room with cash!!! Lesson learned.

during check in the tall guy at the front desk was very rude and had a very bad attitude when speaking. I asked him for change to buy water at the vending machine and he told me that he had already closed the cashier and was not going to open it again. I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 at night
