"I had an issue with one of the concierge staff who was really rude with me and my son. He had a mustache and his name was Jean something. His colleague asked for my room number and my name but no one ever called or apologized for his actions."

"Breakfast was mediocre for $25 per person. The pool and jacuzzi were great! The rooms were just okay. We loved the location though, walked everywhere!"

"The reception and housekeeping staff were all helpful and friendly. The room was well laid out with a modern bathroom, desk, plenty of room for longer stays and a super comfortable bed. The gym, pool, sauna and cold plunge pool facilities were top class. The Chez Boulay shop on the ground level has beautiful pastries if you don’t want a sit-in breakfast. Location right in the old city meant that I walked everywhere. Highly recommended. "

"Very clean and spacious! Beautiful and cozy second story apartment . Only 5 minute walk to our concert destination at l’Anglicane. 2 minute drive to take the ferry to Quebec City. Hosts were easy to communicate with and nice. We had a great experience and we highly recommend this place . "

"The staff members were very friendly. We stayed in room 317. Overall it was great room, other than the black mold all over the shower area and the ceiling. Keep in consideration that the walls are very thin. It was in an excellent location close to the port, restaurants and stores at the base of Old Quebec City. The bar tender was lovely at their bar, and bonus, acknowledged my birthday. We also opted to utilize a parking garage a 5 minute walk away from the property vs the hotel parking. It also felt very safe. "
