Bright, air-conditioned living room (sofa bed, TV, Orange Canal Plus Wi-Fi) opens onto the very well-equipped kitchen area (large fridge, dishwasher, oven) giving access to a pleasant terrace with a view of the lake channel and a side view of the harbor (bench, armchairs, deckchairs), 1 bedroom (double bed, TV), small office, dressing room, 1 shower room/toilet (washing machine).
