Our bathroom fans are located on our rooftop and are always running so they are very quiet and there is no switch in the bathrooms. I am sorry for the issues you experienced. Hello, Thank you for your review. Our building is of brick and concrete construction so we do not usually have issues with unintentional guest noise. We are sorry for the issues you experienced. We are an older building but keeping our hotel nice, clean and well maintained is important to us and we will make any necessary repairs or adjustments needed to prevent this issue going forward. Dear Guest,As stated on Expedia, our policy requires all guests to have a valid credit card and government issued identification upon arrival. Our staff is required to follow all policies and we do not accept cash deposits at all. I am sorry to hear that not only was our policy not followed but that we also received a negative review after an exception was improperly made.
