Property was in a convenient and clean place and easy parking. also had many dining options close. Would stay there again.

The bathroom fan doesn’t work, the toilet is running, there is dust on plug ins. It feels second rate.
The staff at checkin were wonderful and pleasant.
The bed seems clean, the window opens for fresh air and the price was good.

Our bathroom fans are located on our rooftop and are always running so they are very quiet and there is no switch in the bathrooms. I am sorry for the issues you experienced. The building was old, not well maintained and there seemed to be no noise blocking between rooms or floors. The door to the room also did not seem to close tightly, leaving an unsafe feeling.

Hello, Thank you for your review. Our building is of brick and concrete construction so we do not usually have issues with unintentional guest noise. We are sorry for the issues you experienced. We are an older building but keeping our hotel nice, clean and well maintained is important to us and we will make any necessary repairs or adjustments needed to prevent this issue going forward. The front desk worker was extremely rude to us and because we’re local we had to pay double the deposit. 1 am and had to come up with 200$ cash after our basement flooded! Won’t be coming back!

Dear Guest,As stated on Expedia, our policy requires all guests to have a valid credit card and government issued identification upon arrival. Our staff is required to follow all policies and we do not accept cash deposits at all. I am sorry to hear that not only was our policy not followed but that we also received a negative review after an exception was improperly made. We will be speaking with our staff to make sure that they understand our policies to avoid this situation going forward.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Instant hot/cold water in the room even on the third floor.
Clean linens.
They called us the morning of our stay to let us know the elevator was being renovated in case we were unable to navigate stairs.
