"Everything from trying to find the hotel to staying only one night out of two paid for was terrible. The service was awful and their wifi and AC did not work. The wifi was critical as I’m from the US and had to work evening Zoom calls and couldn’t. "Beautiful hotel, good service 1st class place. The only complaint was the air conditioning doesn’t blow cold. The heat wave we have right now you want a cold room when you walk in. "
"Property was in a great location and overall it was nice but we were staying for 3 nights and they left 3 towels plus 2 small one which wasn't enough. One of the bathroom was great and the small one was bad and very hard to take shower because water was going out and we had no extra towel to dry and basically only one bathroom. "

All the apartment is cheap, cheap construction, cheap furniture, bed did not fit the room, light appliances cheap electric wall outlets falling apart exposed dangerous wood stairs steep to access bedroom etc etc etc "

"The hotel closed the pool for chlorine during the day - on a day when the red flags were up at the beach which means no swimming. Really poor planning. You can chlorinate the pool any time, to do it in the middle of the day is dumb. We only stayed for 3 nights so it was disappointing. "
