The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this 40 m² house for rent in Les Mathes, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. It consists of a 20 m² living room, an open-plan kitchenette, a mezzanine with two beds, a bathroom (with shower), and a terrace of approximately 15 m². Wi-Fi and bed linen are included. We look forward to welcoming you!  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:  
\- A 20 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining table  
\- An open-plan, fully equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.  
\- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)   
\- An open mezzanine with 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 pull-out bed (2 single beds 90x190)  
\- A bathroom with shower  
\- A separate toilet  
  
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: fan, iron and ironing board.  
  
Outside:  
\- A shared unheated swimming pool open from June 15th to September 15th  
\- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days  
  
The house is ideally located in Les Mathes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

\- La Palmyre beach, Les Pins de Cordouan beach,   
\- La Palmyre Zoo  
\- La Palmyre water sports centre (sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, paddleboarding, kitesurfing, wingfoiling, etc.)

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the reserved parking space.
