LOCATION : Studio in the Residence "Le Grizzli", ski in/ski-out on the Chavannes slopes (Portes du Soleil), 1km from the village center Les Gets. Swimming pool (only in the summer) and tennis court in the summer.  
  
EXPOSURE : WEST FACING - TERRACE - GREAT VIEW TO THE SLOPES OF LES CHAVANNES AND THE SWIMMING POOL.  
  
DESCRIPTION : Studio of 20 \[hidden\] at the ground floor of the residence. 4 guests maximum, including :  
\- Living area with kitchen all equiped  
\- Sitting area separated with a sofa and a double bed in the mezzanine. Mezzanine accessible by ladder, not suitable for young children or disabled persons. Height in mezzanine <1.20m)  
\- 1 bathroom with toilet  
\- Terrace  
  
COMFORT EQUIPMENT : electric heating, microwave oven,TV,duvets, coffee machine, oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine/dryer.   
Parking outside, no private spot. skis locker under the garage. No WIFI
