Large studio of 28 m² located on the ground floor of a residence without elevator.   
It offers:  
\- a living room with a sofa bed (for 2 people), a heater, coffee table, storage, TV  
\- a dining area with a table, 4 chairs. This space overlooks a small enclosed garden with mountain views.  
 with bunk beds (for 2 people) and storage. Attention sleeping height is not recommended for children under 6 years.  
\- Equipped kitchen with cupboards, induction hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave  
\- Shower room, sink and toilet  
 Collective parking of the residence.  
  
Close to shops and free shuttle stop  
  
The apartment is equipped with duvets, crockery and kitchen utensils.  
It does not include household linen or bed linen.  
The final cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Possible options in addition  
A cleaning protocol meeting the current sanitary standards is provided between each rental
