"Really quiet peaceful area with lots of lovely restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance. A beach with pebbles is a 7 min walk. For a sand beach it’s a 20minute walk or a short car ride. No local beaches near by have sun loungers to hire but the accommodation has beach chairs and we left umbrellas in the cupboard on the roof terrace. The beaches are all very beautiful and not too busy-very natural and peaceful . We hired a car from Denia and the house has a very convenient covered car port with gate. Taxis seemed to find it hard to find the address. It would have been useful if there had been an instruction manual or guide to the local area with where things are and how to use them also it would have been better if there had been fans in thkitchen and outside area as it remained very hot outside in the lovely outdoor dining area. The pool and sun loungers are nice and clean. The pool is maintained a pool guy came twice a week. We had an issue with the door which needed repairing and after communicating it to the host via the app it was repaired within 24hours. As an English only speaker it was tricky as the contacts and people on site do not speak English but they were helpful and friendly and goggle translate helped! Inside the house, the beds were extremely comfortable with very goods mattresses, bathrooms were spacious The kitchen is really well stocked with utensils pot pans, crockery and cutlery. Overall we had a great stay-thank you for having us!"

"Ein tolles Haus, geräumig, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der supersaubere Pool ist gut zum Erfrischen geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos, der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Der schöne breite Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen."

"Séjour d'une semaine très fonctionnel et spacieux, la clim un plus, et biensur la piscine qui est très spacieuse et très belle. Quelques désagrément évier bouché heureusement qu'il y'avait 2 salle d'eau et un canapé dégradé et pas averti qu'un éventuel accident branche en fer apparente. Autrement très bien accueilli et pour la sortie aussi professionnel. Merci pour ce séjour."

"What an amazing place! It was just perfect with everything you needed. The heart shaped pool was just amazing! It had a lovely outside area with a bar-b-q and its own safe parking. The villa was beautifully decorated and very clean with air conditioning.The hosts were lovely and communication was great. Great location near shops, restaurants and beaches. The only problem was we had to go home! We really hope to be back. Thank you for having us!"

"The accommodation offered by Daniel is faithful in every way to the description and photos presented. It is a super comfortable and well-equipped rental. The house is well-located in a peaceful setting just steps from the sea. This location allows you to go from the pool to the beach in less than two minutes.Within an hour's drive, a wide range of activities are available. Golf, water sports, hiking, cultural tours, vineyards, and gourmet restaurants are just a few of the activities offered.Daniel is a wonderful host, attentive and proactive. Our family has forged unforgettable memories over the past few days that we will carry with us for a very long time to come!"
