"Good value for money. I do feel that basic cleaning products, hand wash, etc, should be provided. Cleanliness not the best. A bit dusty. Drain in shower was blocked. Bad smell. I had to clean the drain which was filthy and full of hair. Informed reception. Very quick to sort it out however as someone came up quickly to take a look. Unfortunately the smell returned within 2 days. So if you concentrate on this in future, I would not fault it. Despite being huge and full of guests, it was also quiet. Great location. Easy access to slope. Good WiFi. We had a great holiday. Thank you."

"What a gem of a hotel. Lovely people, immaculate rooms and everything works just fine. If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t for you. If you’re looking for family friendly, warm, homely and extremely good value then this is the place! A few mins from the slopes, 30 seconds from a supermarket, plenty of warm water at the end of the day, lovely views, good coffee and brekkie… nothing whatsoever to complain about!! "Arrived early 1pm room was however available . If we wanted to use it early we needed to pay 15 euros which we did as it had snowed and was cold . Check in is not until 5pm and you have to check out by 10 am , not even 24 hours ! Room was cold 17 degrees radiator did not work air conditioning unit inadequate for size of room . No tea / coffee facilities in room . Breakfast not included . We were moved to another room which was much warmer . However tap in bath was loose and shower leaked all over the side . Ate in the restaurant steak was tough and chips overcooked and dry . Staff were pleasant enough . We were so disappointed as Hôtel is such a lovely old building . Rooms need to be invested in ."
