13m² refurbished studio on 3rd floor, without lift. Equipped and fit for 2 people, the residence is located at the centre of the resort, in the area of La Croisette.  
  
Living room : 1 folding double bed, equipped with a TV.  
  
Kitchen : 2 stoves, fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee-machine.  
  
Bathroom : Shower and toilets  
  
Non-smoking apartment  
Pets not allowed
