Entrance with cupboard and separate toilet leading to a spacious and bright living room, fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area and lounge. From this room, there is direct access to the independent balcony (7 m²) facing east with a view of the Crève Tête summit, the Gollet pass and the valley. From the corridor a first bedroom with 2 single bunk beds +1 pull out single bed and cupboard, next to the bathroom. Opposite is a second bedroom with 2 single beds and storage space. Finally a master suite with shower room and WC, equipped with a 160 cm double bed and storage space. From this suite there is direct access to the spacious independent balcony of 9 m² with garden furniture. Services included : end of stay cleaning (except kitchen), bed linen (except summer season\*) \* from June to September. Ski locker with boot dryer. 1 covered car park at the entrance of the residence. NON SMOKING FLAT. NO PETS ALLOWED. Property managed by a professional.
