Studio apartment with sleeping alcove located on the 3rd floor of a residence with elevator in the Baliu area.  
Upon entering, you'll find a sleeping alcove with two single beds (90 cm) and a wardrobe.  
The main room includes a sofa bed (160 cm) and TV, as well as a dining area.  
The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, a two-burner electric cooktop, a microwave/grill, an extractor hood, and storage cupboards.  
There is a bathroom with a bathtub and sink, a separate toilet, a ski locker, and a balcony with views of the village, the lake, and the mountain range.
