It has a surface area of 30 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it consists of a living room, equipped kitchenette, bathroom (with bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 20 m². We are waiting for you! Le studio bien que manquant de clarté, il est propre et bien équipé L'accueil de la gestionnaire du studio ( conciergerie) 🙁 D'être bloqué plus de 45 mn à l'extérieur par très mauvais temps, sans pouvoir sortir du parking, barrière baissée et bloquée, ne pas pouvoir rentrer au studio, digicode inactif, plus d'ascenseur, plus de minuterie, plus de télévision, suite à une disjonction causée par l'orage. Lancer des appels par tel. pour être dépanné. Un grand merci à Laurie TORRES qui a fait les démarches pour nous envoyer un électricien. QUESTION: Si la même situation s'était produite de retour d'un restaurant ou autres à 23h00, ou plus tard, aurions nous dû dormir dans notre voiture, et qui se serait déplacé à une heure si tardive ???
