This 90 m² upper-level chalet is situated in a peaceful setting with breathtaking views of Lake Matemale and the surrounding mountains. Facing southeast, it offers a bright and comfortable living room with a sofa, armchairs, television, and fireplace insert. The fully equipped kitchen includes a four-burner induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood, oven, microwave, and washing machine.  
  
On the same level, you will find:  
\- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), wardrobe, and en-suite shower room with shower and sink. - A separate bathroom and separate WC  
  
Upstairs, the mezzanine includes a sofa bed and leads to two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm) and storage, and the other with two single beds (80 cm) that can be joined to form a queen-size bed (160 cm). A separate WC with a washbasin completes this space.  
  
The chalet is located approximately 2 kilometers from the village center and the ski lifts, with a free shuttle bus stop 150 meters away. Heating is individual electric, the floors are parquet, Wi-Fi is available, and parking is directly in front of the chalet.  
  
A separate apartment is located on the ground floor of the chalet. The two apartments are not connected.
