Very nice hospitality. We were allowed to keep bicycles inside the hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Superb hotel
Another fantastic stay at this hotel this time in a family suite. Very spacious with a lovely big balcony. The only small problem was a lack of hot water in the bathroom so showers were lukewarm. Pool/spa was very nice if a little busy. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Overall great. The staff was nice but at times unable to assist and the terms of the booking were well below market. Our experience was tainted by a post-stay attempt to charge us for "not cleaning the room before leaving" which was very unfortunate (although the request was promptly withdrawn).

Great Location
We were on a skiing trip as a family and took the self catering option. Accommodation was very adequete for a family of 6 and the proximity to the ski slopes could not have been better. You can ski right in to the hotel and the lockers provided for ski equipment were sizeable, enough for six people. Chair Lifts were within 2 minutes walk, and coupled with the ski-in facility made the sometimes laborious morning and evening effort of getting to/from the slopes a doddle. The only down side was the limited number of restaurants and Supermarkets nearby (nearest decent Supermarket 15 minutes by car). Food in the hotel was decent but pricy for a family of six. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Snow and Spa Luxury
This hotel could not be better situated! If you are lucky enough to have a room facing the slopes you can see the whole mountain covered in fresh snow every morning. The staff are amazing and very helpful with everything. There is a ski hire shop basically attached to the hotel which makes skiing even more accessible. With a boot room attached to the slopes, it is the most ideal hotel for the lazy skier. I couldn't fault this hotel at all! Loved our trip so much!

Nice hotel, but don't be in a rush!
The rooms were very nice, and the location at the bottom of the main lift is very handy! Service is very friendly and reception staff lovely, but complete opposite in restaurant. 1 hour to receive a starter in the restaurant, which came out wrong was completely unacceptable. Breakfast staff were also slow and disinterested. Great hotel, just don't expect any of the catering staff to help you out.

Nice quiet place
Nice, very quiet place, friendly staff, so a very pleasant week all together. The restaurant is closed in summer with only snacks available, which is not optimal. Before giving St Charles a five stars lifetime award, I would like to test it again in winter when more crowded.

Great new hotel in cosy Val Cenis
We stayed 5 nights as a family of 4 in the residential suite, and were offered a self contained apartment with master bedroom, kids bedroom with bunk beds, and a kitchen/living room. This formula does not include daily room cleaning, but is best with kids. Hotel is brand new, and everything is in great condition. It is situated on the slopes, next to skiset shop for rental, and esf for ski lessons. A small Sherpa supermarket is on the main road, a mere 5mns walk away. There are other shops/restaurants on the main road. The hotel also boasts a good restaurant, which can offer breakfast lunch and dinner. We used it only once for raclette, as we prepared our meals in our kitchen. There is a spa, and indoor pool/jacuzzi which looks fantastic, which is great for after ski winding down. We payed about £120 per night off season, so this hotel could get quite expensive at peak times.

Superb location, right next to 3 ski-lifts.
We had a suite which consisted of a double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds and a sofabed in the lounge area. There is a kitchen with full sized hob, microwave and dishwasher. The suite was lovely, well decorated and spotlessly clean. There is a large balcony, but no balcony furniture.

Great hotel
New hotel perfectly located next to chair lifts in Val Cenis, everything brand new, room was great as we stayed in a suite with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Staff very helpful but just missed on a few info about the hotel, other than that everything was perfect. Definitely recommend it!!

Établissement très bien placé, chambres confortables et propres. En revanche, il y a un manque évident de personnel, ex le dîner était possible seulement si réservation, mais malheureusement pas d’information dans ce sens… Le SPA et les soins proposés sont dignes d’un 4 *, et encore merci à Violene pour son professionnalisme sa discrétion et bienveillance

Un séjour reposant à la montagne
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au sein de l’établissement, le personnel a été au petit soin pour nous. Le spa est vraiment très agréable, de même pour la piscine. Le restaurant est très bon. Le chambre était un peu petite mais confortable et propre.
