La route pour s'y rendre à partir de Montezuma est un chemin de terre, mais était en très bon état (janvier). We had a great time, great vibe and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the food (smaller selection but different themes and items everything). Wait staff and bartenders and front desk very helpful. Our room had some things like poor water pressure, one shower was cold. Some ants I. One of the room but they kept to themselves on the wall and didn’t bother us too much. Amazing sunsets and beautiful view. Jigged into town via beach in 20 minutes…walk in 45 minutes. Maybe 1.9 miles? Can also rent bikes in town for $10/day. Beach is very bike-able with packed sand and saw people biking all the time. Hotel tents for $30/day and they are newer and nicer than what we saw in town. We rented a car and 6 minutes to town. Lots of restaurants and shops in town. We enjoyed our stay very much. Beach was close also looks like they have another building ON the beach . The breakfast was good ..the listing on hotels said it was included HOWEVER it is a charge per person . It was listed free breakfast and after they said there was a fee i showed then the hotels.com listing befroe i got to talk to manager it had changed . After we pointed it out.. so they discounted us and we were fine with it as we only ate there once..was good .. and they were very nice people ( still think it shoulda been totally included for us since it is what it said origionally but since they were nice it was not a big deal..plus there is grocery round the corner which we bought some stuff so we didn't eat out every time. Bottom line its a good place , felt safe and lots of kids at pool..which we as a couple we didn't mind but if your lookijg for adults only it may not be for you with a small pool ( was nice and warm fyi.) There was someone sleeping on the sidewalk in front of the hotel when we arrived and there really isn’t much to offer in the area. We only stopped for the night to catch the ferry the next day and thought that there would be more to see. Both are fantastic! The staff here are amazing and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and help you select some great adventures without getting ripped off. The food is top notch (and reasonably priced). Other restaurants are nearby too. The pool is small, but adequate to take a dip. The room was clean, and the A/C was great. There was a lot of room (we stayed in the King Suite The wifi was accessible everywhere on property, making staying connected to home and sharing our adventures on social easy. It also feels very private. The only downside comes down to preference. The bed was hard as a rock. If you like a firm bed, then perfect. We like medium firm. Maybe they would've had a mattress topper if we asked. But we persevered. Otherwise, for the price, this is an amazing find." The property is clean, well-decorated, and we felt very safe. The staff was very friendly and appreciated a friendly conversation. Many of the staff recognized my partner and me and remembered our drink orders. The pool is absolutely beautiful and well-maintained, but we wish there were more pool chairs with umbrellas, as the sun is very intense. The beach is gorgeous with safe swimming access, which was a huge plus. The restaurants were great, but we were unsure about how to access the Nikoa restaurant and pool. We only stayed a week, and we thought that if we stayed longer, the food options would get old, which was why we were trying to figure out the other restaurants. The Nikoa pool and restaurant seemed like a super-nice, new part of the property that was hardly used at all. We also attended the free yoga classes on-site at the hotel, and the instructor was excellent. However, the hotel gym was old, dirty, and had no AC, which was crazy considering it's over 90 degrees every day. Overall, we would definitely stay at this hotel again. We felt we got a lot of value for what we paid!"
