Attentive Staff

Pros: The staff and the care of the facility.
The staff here was excellent. The staff acted quickly with any request and were very courteous. When I arrived at the hotel I was distressed as my car had just broken down and the staff was so attentive in not only offering support in that area but getting us checked in quickly and in following-up.

Good for the price

Pros: Convenient to the ski area
Cons: Train cleaning staff to be more thorough
Location: Close to the Wachussets Ski Area. A lot of restaurants near by.
Hilton is ok. We stayed at this one because our friends were there. Friendly staff. Room was not as clean maintained as I would have liked it- hair in shower, pillow looked brown (threw that one on the floor), faucet on bathroom sink was very loose. I've stayed in a few Hiltons and they all seem dated. I usually try to stay with my preferred hotel.

Location: Wasn't there to get around,
First impressions do count, at the front desk upon check in, we were very lucky to meet and greet Kelly. I have never met a more responsive, helpful person in any hotel I have stayed. It set the tone for an excellent stay.

No one spends money when the service isn't great

Pros: Everything except for the bar
Cons: The bar staff... they were horrible.
Location: There's a SAM's club a stone's throw away, a few gas station on Main road...
First, I wanted to say that the hotel staff were terrific. They were friendly and personable. My disappointments were with the staff at the hotel bar. I'm not a fancy person and I don't have to receive a hand over foot service, but it would've been nice if they can treat me a bit nicer. The lady just stared at me without as much as a greeting, pouring a drink and looking angry doing it. Maybe a 'Hey!! I'll be right with you', or 'How's it going?!' would've been nice but nothing. She went on to serve other people who arrived after I did. The guy who finally served me a beer didn't bother to tell me what he had on tap. He also didn't ask if I wanted to open a tab (or not), but just told me it was $5.75... ok, great... so here's your $5.75 and even I'll tip you a $1 so at least you can't say I didn't tip, but I left once my allotted one beer was up. I've travelled a great deal for both business and personal reasons and have sat at many a hotel bars for a few drinks so I don't have to drive around a strange city (domestic or foreign) drunk. I'm not a heavy drinker, but just someone who enjoys mingling with the local crowd. And if you have to ask... yes, I was a bartender a long time ago and so here's an advice from one bartender to another... smile... say 'Hi'... and be personable... because no one wants to spend money at a place where they don't feel welcomed.

I spent Over an hour trying to get the Wi-Fi to work on my Mac laptop. It was supposed to be free but not for me, I had to work for it. Nobody in the hotel thing to know the problem, don't many people to use Apple when they travel? I was given a number to call to ask someone to fix it And they finally did but by then I was exhausted.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, quiet, comfortable, and had great staff. I could have done without the half eatin pastry in our refrigerator, and a basic free breakfast should be included in the cost of a room.

excellent staff and loved the warm cookies when we arrived , delish!!! Made us smile😊 bathroom was clean and room was great , loved the small couch , wanted to see who manufactured it so I flipped it over and found some dirty trash , that was the only dirty thing I found by accident.
