Shame no fridge in room. Staff very helpfull and polite.

HI thank you for your review. Unfortunately in a Holiday Inn Express our brand owners IHG do not allow fridges to be kept in rooms, it would not be a brand standard because all of the rooms should be the side throughout Europe. enjoyed the lovely breakfast each day lots of parking clean rooms and comfortable beds nice hot shower next to a grocery store and a kid friendly restaurant would recommend to traveling families

Nice clean hotel and room,with comfortable bed,however air conditioner was very noisy,not many channels on tv. Although bathroom was clean and nicely tiled it was rather smelly,probably due to the seal on the over bath shower screen being quite black with mould,the shower and hand wash gel were empty and no complementary toiletries,good job I took my own. There were only two tea bags and four milk,which is not enough for two people,having a cuppa on arrival means no cuppa later in the evening. Bar prices are quite expensive. Breakfast was ok with a good choice of cereal,brown or white bread for toast,croissants,cold ham and cheese,orange juice,tea or coffee. The hot breakfast was rather disappointing with not much choice,just bacon which was rather dry,not very good quality sausages,beans and scrambled egg,no fried,boiled or poached eggs or tomatoes on offer.
