"Wonderful stay in Kegworth"
The hotel is located in Kegworth, which is a few minutes away from East Midlands Airport as well as the University of Nottingham Sutton-Bonnington campus. The hotel goes above and beyond to provide the best service to its guests, especially in the mornings with the abundant free breakfast options available. The staff member who supervised during the mornings of my stay was very kind and also a very good cook. Absolutely enjoyed my scrambled eggs with salmon. He even offered to wrap some breakfast items when I had to rush out the morning I left the hotel. The hotel room itself is absolutely beautiful. Only pictures can describe what I can't put into words.

Comfortable but staff weren't very warm and they charged me an extortionate cost of 50p per printer black and white print out, and didn't tell me about how much printing would cost until after I got it done (I presumed it would be free). Probably wouldn't visit again.

Days Inn Leicester Forest East

"Good hotel and location"
This is a hotel at a service station on the M1 motorway. There is traffic noise if you open the window of your room but if you close it, the noise is reduced but you can still hear it....slightly. The staff are polite, helpful and pleasant at all times. The room is typical of this type of hotel. Clean, tidy and sufficient for the traveller of all types. There was noise from the room above me, as I'm on the ground floor. I think the person in the room above wore lead boots and stomped about for long periods but did stop at 10 o'clock at night. There is eateries at the services but they are fast food outlets, KFC, Burger King, Harry Ramsdens, Subway, Starbucks and a Waitrose store. I prefer a restaurant where you can sit and eat a proper meal. Overall this hotel is nothing special but it was for business purposes that I stayed.

Grafton House B&B

"Standard B&B convenient for the City centre"
I was looking for somewhere close to an event I was attending in Leicester in March. I stayed one night prior to the event. I found it to basic but it is a reasonable price. Breakfast isn’t included you pay 5 pounds extra. However it’s right near the station and the city centre so I booked it for the convenience. The room I stayed in was clean and tidy but people with sensitive hearing might want to wear ear plugs if you’re trying to get you head down for the night. NOT sure about the sound proofing (Could hear people talking in next or downstairs room). Perfect for one or two nights though, if looking for somewhere near Leicester City Centre

From exquisite wedding hotels to deluxe corporate accommodation, Leicestershire has a broad range of luxury hotels, ranging from historic country houses to chic, contemporary venues.

    Luxury Hotels near the Motorway

If you're looking for a luxury hotel that's close to the M1, within easy reach of East Midlands Airport, and still offers easy access to Leicester city centre, consider the Hilton Leicester Hotel. This prestigious venue has immaculate modern rooms and ample conference facilities, and is just a short walk from the renowned Fosse Shopping Park. The Jurys Inn Hinckley Island is another convenient choice for travellers on a busy schedule, offering elegant contemporary rooms and providing quick and easy access to the M69 and Nuneaton.

    Luxury Hotels for Romantic Getaways

If you’re really looking for that no-holes-barred luxury experience, then it has to be a stay at Champneys Springs Health Resort, which has a magnificent spa and is the perfect venue for high-profile weddings and other special occasions. It also has a large indoor pool and a superb restaurant, and is only a few miles from the medieval castle of Ashby de la Zouch. Another very popular venue for weddings is the Stapleford Park Country House Hotel, which surrounds beautiful landscaped grounds near Melton Mowbray and also has a fully equipped spa and elegant restaurant.

Luxury Hotels near East Midlands Airport

Should you require quick access to the airport, consider booking a stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel East Midlands, which offers high-quality conference amenities comprising nine spacious rooms. Better still, it provides a free transfer service to and from the airport, and coffee-making facilities in all of its sophisticated rooms.

Luxury Hotels at the Heart of Leicester

Choose the hospitable, refined Belmont Hotel near the University of Leicester, or stay at the exclusive Mercure Leicester The Grand Hotel, just metres from Leicester Town Hall. While you're visiting one of Britain's oldest Roman settlements, you could explore the New Walk Museum, which has a fascinating art gallery and natural history exhibition, then spend some time at the Jewry Wall Museum to learn more about this area's ancient heritage. Leicester is also home to the National Space Centre and a fine medieval Guildhall, as well as the state-of-the-art drama venue, the Curve Theatre.
