Bedroom was tidy, but in need of redecorating. Bathroom was musty, with mould all around shower base. Television provided limited channels and not easy to use. Bed was clean but walls not Outside looked downtrodden and dirty and in need of repaint. Hallway and stairs worn carpets and scuff marks on walls and doors. Breakfast room appeared to be “serve yourself” with instructions on equipment etc and dirty dishes in sink. Not sure if included in price of £12.50 for breakfast but I could not eat there even if cooked, actually went to cafe in town instead. Overall a very unpleasant and uncomfortable stay, I would not recommend for anyone. This is a basic and convenient Bed and Breakfast, not a small hotel!

We stayed for one night. Host was lovely, very friendly. Lovely big double room and comfortable bed. Just a bit noisy from traffic in front bedroom and a draught from window.

I have been stopping at the venue for a number of visits to Lutterworth. Rooms are always very clean, warm and comfortable. Monica has always been very helpful and welcoming.

No parking! Disgraceful service
Despite hotels.com saying there is free parking onsite, there isnt. We were driving round and my partner had a meltdown and just wanted to go home. We rang the number on the hotels.com page for Jasmine House 3 times and it rang out. We found a different number to ring and that rang out several times. 24 hours on and they still havent called us to see what the issue was. We ended up parking in a nearby travelodge and almost spent £80 on a night in the Travelodge instead but we spoke to the Travelodge receptionist and she assured us we could park there overnight free of charge and walk to Jasmine House. It's a B&B with no breakfast unless you pay for it. From the room you could hear everything. The passing traffic was so loud so take earplugs. We never saw any receptionist or heard from them the entire stay, despite others on reviews saying there was a receptionist. All in all a disappointment and a place that clearly doesnt care about its customers.

We were attending a funeral in Lutterworth and visiting my grandson at Loughborough University. We were made very welcome by Monica, who helped with the luggage, provided a first class breakfast and attended to all our needs. Except one, and that she made every effort to solve. I did miss a warm towel rail whilst having a shower !!! That's the only reason for not giving a smiling face.

amazing place
Myself and my husband stayed here for 4 nights for the British grand prix and could not have picked a better place to stay,location wise it was perfect for us.The host Monica was lovely,she was very helpful and friendly,the b&b was a very nice little place with everything you could need it was very clean and well equipped would definitely stay again.

Excellent little hotel
Excellent little hotel, the owner greeted us on arrival, showed us to our room which was amazing, especially for the price we paid. The bed was comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. We would definitely recommend this to anyone an we'll definitely stay here again if we visit the area.

My stay at Jasmine House.
I stayed in Room 5 at Jasmine House and it was very clean, spacious and comfortable with lovely decor. I would recommend Jasmine House to travellers. t is located in walking distance of local shops and restaurants and there is free parking available in the street opposite.

It was a lovely bed and breakfast. On the downside. The pillows were rather flat and not very comfortable. The bed was not very comfortable either. Perhaps a topper would solve this problem.

Lovely comfortable room.
Spent one night. The welcome was friendly and no fuss, just the way I like it. The place looked nice all around and I was surprised with the high quality of my room. Nicely decorated, extremely comfortable and we'll laid out. The complimentary tea, coffee and wash products make a nice change for the chain Hotel style penny pinching and I would recommend this place as an alternative for people needing a bit more comfort. The place was quiet. I was in a room facing the road, which for me was a little noisy with cars and drunken lads, due to it being Saturday night, but I'm used to country living at home. All in all a great stay and I very much hope to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

brilliant small hotel
travelling a lot means you invariably experience a wide variety of hotels. I have always preferred small hotels and Jasmine House takes some beating. Great service and a brilliant room added up to an extremely comfortable short stay. Sadly, couldn't stay for breakfast but I intend returning soon. Highly recommended.

Very nice clean room with everything you need. Only one pillow each on the bed and the quilt made a noise when you touched it which was quite annoying during the night. We would go back if these things were changed.

It was cheap and cheerful, I wouldn’t opt to stay there again, the room was ok, seeing the manager continuously sitting outside smoking didn’t look very professional and I felt I couldn’t go and sit out there as she was sitting talking on the phone

Comfortable Business Stay just off the M1
A Plesant litte B&B in Lutterworth. I paid a little extra to stay in the Exec room and whilst the décor was a little quirky with Playboy posters on the wall it as overall clean, warm and comfortable and met my needs. The room came with access to a hot Tub, but to be honest sitting in a backgarden with the sound of the M1 in the background in a Hot Tub on my own all felt a bit strange so I didn't bother to make use of the facility. Check in as easy as was check out and whilst there is no onsite parking there are plenty of opportunities for parking near by. The Jasmine House is also well located for popping out to get a bite to eat with some good local pubs and restaurants. If I have to find a negative it would have to be the Wifi which was all but useless which for a business trip wasn't great

Friendly B&B with a hidden gem!
Lovely B&B with friendly owners. No parking on site and had to park across the road on a side street. Room was lovely but Playboy pictures detracted from the quality of the room and looked very out of place. The hot tub and private bbq were fantastic and having a secluded garden just for us was absoloutly fantastic. Great links for M1 for anyone on business. Would go back for sure!

It's not a hotel.
It's really a B&B suitable for an overnight or two nights stay and makes a change from one of the chains. Breakfast was very good freshly cooked. The owner was polite and friendly and the room comfortable. The fittings are a bit rustic but good enough for this type of place. Lutterworth is very close to the M1 but doesn't seem to have much else to recommend it. Parking was in a nearby side street. Breakfast was extra.

Nice but noisy
A nice, clean and friendly hotel. I was given a front room which was straight on the main road so had road noise all night, it didn't help that the room was quite hot so had to make a decision between opening the window to cool down and keeping it close to muffle the noise. Was only there for one night so didn't get chance to ask to be swapped.
