The property only has a very small car park (3 cars) which was problematic. The shower in the room was broken and the shower head un-adjustable so it sprayed water directly in your face. The bed was very good as was the restaurant although we were not aware that there was only a continental breakfast on offer

Small Hotel in town, with parking
Small hotel with four rooms, continental breakfast was included but wanted an extra £12 for cooked one. Unfortunately no toilet seat in the bathroom, reception said there were unaware so curious to what the cleaner had done. Finally the WiFi password was written in little upper case characters instead of lower case.

Great central Loughborough Stay
Great stay at Caravelli. Room was beautiful and food in the restaurant excellent. Continental breakfast in the morning was good. Rooms are above a restaurant so no check in area per se. friendly staff and onsite parking. Great central location for visiting son at uni.

I had the small double business room, the bed and pillows were to hard for me and the emergency exit light in the room omits light all night so the room isn’t dark. The room was extremely hot but to be honest it was a hot day so all in all a very bad night’s sleep

A little gem
A wonderful place to stay, old world charm but still comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. We also ate dinner two nights in the restaurant and that was top notch. I don't have a negative.

Fantastic service & wonderful staff.
Fantastic visit & thoroughly enjoyed my time spent there. Staff were attentive, caring & couldn’t do enough. A great business trip and I would recommend anyone working in the area for a few days to stay here. - however. The car parking at the rear was very tight and due to my early starts it wasn’t helped by other staff/residents blocking my vehicle in plus the rear car park is difficult to reverse into made worse if you have a larger vehicle.

Lovely atmospheric room. Good size. Modern ensuite with good quality towels. Nice toiletries. Big comfortable bed. Reasonable tea/coffee tray (I always mean to remember to take extra tea bags!!!) Good continental breakfast included with option to pay for cooked. Small parking for free which was a bonus. Well positioned to walk into town. Warm and pleasant staff without being crowding. Would stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at Caravelli. The room was nice and cosy, and although it was very hot, there was a fan which I was able to use to cool the room down which I really appreciated. The bed was also comfortable! The bathroom was quite small but still absolutely fine. The service was absolutely fantastic, especially at breakfast.

Great service from Caravelli team. Restaurant is very good. Room is on the whole good but some aspects need attention - but in all very good value. Second stay and would return - this says a lot! Convenient for town centre and close to railway station. Parking is limited but provided for each room.

Had to pay for accommodation within half an hour of arriving. Normally this is upon leaving. As a result of this didn’t go back to purchase drinks went to local pub instead. Also breakfast very poor no marmalade available?

Wonderful spacious room
We stayed in the Beaumont room which was spacious, nicely decorated and had a really comfortable four poster bed. The parking and directions were easy and breakfast was cooked to order and a good standard. Overall a lovely stay.
