If you have a few hours to spare before or after an important conference or other business event, consider exploring the historic centre of Leicester, which is still overlooked by an iconic Norman castle and is now the location of the globally acclaimed National Space Centre. The city is also home to the charming medieval Guildhall, and features the Jewry Wall, an ancient ruin dating back to the Roman period. Leicester also has two thriving universities, and organises the renowned Leicester Business Festival each year, which celebrates local enterprise and welcoming thousands of visitors each year.
