Stayed during the COVID lockdown period as a key worker - hotel advertised as providing breakfast but what actually provided is a paper bag with a muffin, small orange juice, an apple and a cereal bar. You take a bag and bring it back to your room? There was nothing available in the evening to eat. They provided a take away service so had to live on junk food while staying there. The staff levels have been cut so the rooms were not cleaned during my stay and the common areas of the hotel have not been touch in weeks. I walked up the stairs, the window sill on the stairs was covered in dead flys (dozens of them). I recognize that changes need to be made during the lockdown period but this was unnecessary. If they are not going to run the hotel effectively, they should not offer a service and shut the place instead.
