    Overall the property condition and cleanness is good. However, the property management team who suppose to communicate me the check-in instruction (and car parking instruction) is not clear. I was told it will be sent to me shortly after I complete the check-in form online (4 or 5 days before check-in date) but there is no check-in/car parking information sending to me until I keep asking through Expedia online page. During the communication with the property management team, I am being advised only I pay the deposit online, they will able to sent me the check-in / car-parking instruction. I understand there is a need to provide deposit under the booking agreement but that was really unclear and didn't communicate well ahead before my arrival. I think it should be telling me when I am asking to fill in the check-in form so I can pay the deposit before I start my trip. On the arrival day, I am driving from airport to the property and it is quit difficult to pay the deposit online. The worse thing is after all this deposit payment and get the key to go into the house, I didn't find the parking permit which is told to me by the property management team that should be on the table. I am keeping to contact the property management team and they said they can't contact the cleaning lady who housekeeper the house so they suggest me to park the car elsewhere and I can able to use the receipt to claim back my car parking expense. There is no nearby car park. I am very disappoint.
