During my stay the lift took a very long time to leave the ground floor no matter how hard the button was pressed. The room was overall clean and tea/coffee ect, was provided in the room. Unfortunately later on it was quite noisy been a motorway service hotel, some form of maintenance was taking place outside, and they is no bar on site.

This is a hotel I use regularly when going to Leicester the staff there are very welcoming and do what they can for you. You wouldn’t think was at a services not much noise.

It makes do
This place isnt quite. The double glazing windows do little to keep outside noise out. None of the doors in the place are soft close and you hear them slam heavily constantly. Alarms are always going of in the hotel for no reason. You get approached with people offering to sell you TV's in the car park.

Had a great stay in a family room, I had requested 3 beds as I was travelling with my two sons, opens the room, and there were three beds, excellent service.

It was good enough for a night’s stay. The bed was quite comfortable. The lighting in our room was faulty, sometimes not coming on at all and other times flashing. We were disappointed that there were no glasses in the room, only 2 ceramic mugs.

Great hotel next to services. Stayed in room 25 on ground floor. Spacious, comfortable room and great shower. Only negative was smell, not sure if it was cleaning fluid used to maybe mask the smell from sink. Old plumbing so I guess to be expected. Would stay again and had a comfortable stay. Very helpful lady on reception.

Dirty rooms, windows wouldnt close, truck drivers parked directly outside window asleep inside their vehicle with engine running all night. Our fitters refused to stay in this property a second night. Complained to hotel with no response.

Ground floor room was clean and comfortable - bed was huge and room temperature was also good. Pipework in bathroom was pretty noisy (I assume from other people using showers/toilets)
