Cette sublime villa saura sans aucun doute vous faire passer des vacances inoubliables. L'une des plus belle vue de la Presqu’ile avec une très grande terrasse de 100m2 donnant sur le Bassin d'Arcachon nichée dans un écrin de verdure au calme à quelques pas de la plage des Américains. Un environnement calme et privilégié pour que vous puissiez profiter en toute tranquillité.  
  
Le rez de chaussé est composé d'un vaste séjour-salle à manger avec une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée et très fonctionnelle. Les pièces de vie sont tournées vers l'extérieure avec la terrasse panoramique surplombant le bassin. Une partie couverte vous permettra de prendre vos repas en étant abrité du soleil. Une douche extérieure et une plancha viennent compléter le tout.  
  
La villa dispose de 4 chambres avec salle d'eau ou salle de bain. Une magnifique suite parentale (lit en 160) avec terrasse privée dans laquelle vous pourrez prendre des bains avec vue sur la Dune du Pyla. Vous aurez également 3 autres chambres avec des salle d'eau composée de douche à l'italienne, l'une d'elle disposant d'une terrasse privée de 60m2 en plein milieu de la forêt de pin pour profiter des couchers de soleil.  
  
Pour stationner vos voitures vous aurez la possibilité de les garer sur un parking privé et un chargeur pour voiture électrique sera à votre disposition.
