### Villa 'Athina' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Villa Athina, located in Lefkada, offers views of the Ionian Sea. The 92 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. High-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, washing machine and dryer are provided. You also have a private sauna for your relaxation, as well as a baby cot.  
  
The residence features a private outdoor pool, balcony and barbecue. You can also use a shared hot tub, garden, terrace and outdoor shower. The host suggests visiting the 5 nearby villages by e-bike, which is available for rent in the area. Mini markets, restaurants and the Tsoukalades beach are within a short drive (10 minutes by car).  
  
There is parking on the property. Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are on site. Beach/pool towels and homemade products are provided. The accommodation provides instructions for proper waste separation, with more information available on site. Energy and water saving features are in place, and sustainable materials have been used for insulation. Airport shuttle service is available for an extra fee. The sauna and hot tub are not available from September 1st to October 31st.
