"Really beautiful resort! Everyone is nice there and willing to help. Customer service was amazing. Very family oriented. The adult pool was boring you can’t play your own music but there’s no Dj. The pool with a swim up and DJ was full of children but over all I had a wonderful stay!"

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facilities were extremely clean including the poolside bathrooms. The large pool was cleaned daily. There was always someone on staff to support with tour and sight seeing bookings. The hotel breakfast was included in our stay it had quite a large spread with made to order omelets. Our family has allergies and dietary restrictions and we all found something to eat every morning. We cant wait to go visit Aruba again and will be staying at the Embassy next time also."

The food onsite was reasonable and it was great for people who are also vegetarian or vegan. Overall the hotel was beautiful and the rooms were very spacious with lots of storage. "This is one of the BEST hotels I have ever stayed! The service was BEYOND expectations. The who staff was so accommodating, kind, professional, and wonderful. The view was breathtaking from my balcony, the showers were quality, the room spacious, the Blues Restaurant unforgettable. I can go on and on. I was sad to leave Curaçao not just for my experience on the island but how much I enjoyed my time at Avila and all the beautiful people I met. This historic hotel is the best on the island. "
