"Good food. Everything was clean. Great vibe! Very well organized. Love the all inclusivity! Two things: there was only one elevator working for the whole Mangrove building. Was not cool! Second: they did not inform us properly the correct instructions to make reservations for the restaurants, so for the 2 nights we were there we could not have a reservation at a restaurant. Please give your instructions clear! Because the app is not working! You need to be at 10am at the reception bali to make a reservation for the next day. They did not inform us on this."

"The multiple pools were incredible and it was never too busy at them or at the beach. The towel service every morning was also very convenient rather than having to go find towels everyday. 10/10 would stay again "

"The all inclusive package was great bargain! It literally included all of our meals and drinks and I didnt have to pay a thing at checkout. It even came with golf included. Property itself was great. Had a shuttle to their casino. Rooms had a mildew smell but nothing some room spray couldnt solve. Would definitely stay there again."
