The chest of drawers can be converted into a changing table on request. 1 spacious kitchen with seating area and pantry 1 rustic seating area in the hallway with extendable table. Additional chairs are available. Gr. Bad m. Shower, tub, toilet, washing machine and dryer Comfortable sitting or Work area in the hallway Non smoking apartment (right next to the entrance there is a covered, cozy wooden terrace with seating.) Night rest 10 p.m. - 6 a.m. (Later arrivals are possible, but must be arranged in advance) Parking lots available A bus stop is approx. 100 m away. We also have a train station in town (approx. 20 min. Walk). Car dealership with workshop next door, right behind is a bakery with a café and a kebab shop. We also have nearby the "Leeser Tanger", the Italian "Pirandello" with bowling alley and the inn "Conrades". Kleiner "Mängel" sind uns jedoch aufgefallen, die man aber schnell beheben könnte: - Die Hochflor Teppiche sind für eine Ferienwohnung unangebracht, da sie schwer sauber zu halten sind. So haben unsere Kinder ein paar steinharte alte Gummibärchen aus den langen Haaren der Teppiche gefischt (die gerade noch rechtzeitig entrissen werden konnten, bevor sie im Mund gelandet sind). - Leider war die Silikondichtung der Duschwanne an vielen Stellen dick verschimmelt (von Fotos sehe ich an dieser Stelle ab). - Der Essbereich ist in die Jahre gekommen. Selbst ausgezogen ist der Tisch für 7 Personen recht klein und wirkt mit der Eckbank wie aus einer alten Kneipe (Das ist aber natürlich Geschmackssache). - Es gibt ein extra Kinderzimmer, was ganz toll ist! Aber gerade hier wären Steckdosen- und Kantenschutz angebracht, damit die Kleinen auch wirklich sicher spielen können (für ein paar Cent ganz einfach zu lösen). - Es steht in der Anzeige natürlich drin, dass es nur ein Bad gibt. In diesem befindet sich auch das WC. Man sollte sich überlegen, ob man das mit 7 Personen machen möchte. Für uns war es zum einen ein großer Zeitfresser und die WC-Situation war sehr unpraktisch. Aber das wussten wir ja wie gesagt im Voraus. - Die Vermieterin wirkte in der Kommunikation leider "herablassend" auf uns. Noch mal: Alles in allem kann man es in der Wohnung gut aushalten! ##### Anne R. Die Ferienwohnung war liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Sie ist großzügig, sehr sauber und hell. Wir haben alles vorgefunden was wir benötigten. Die Veranda vor dem Haus haben wir abends besonders schätzen und lieben gelernt. Die Gastgeberin haben wir als außerordentlich freundlich und engagiert kennenlernen dürfen. Fragen bezüglich Ausflugstips und Wünsche (eigene Hofeier) wurden umgehen beantwortet bzw. erfüllt. Die Lage ist ca. 15 Minuten Autofahrt zum See. Wir fanden es toll, dass wir nicht direkt im Touristenrummel waren, sondern haben die Ruhe vor Ort sehr geschätzt. Wir kommen gern wieder. Es war toll! Vielen Dank! 🙂👍 ##### Jana S. Alles, was wir gebraucht haben,war vorhanden. Ich habe nur den Föhn vermisst. Einziger Nachteil war die Sperre. Aber kann man danach gewöhnen. Die Lage ist gut. Kann man viel unternehmen.
