The coffee machine in the lobby was broken, and they had only decaf for the rooms. The place is old and dirty and they collected $14 extra over the pre-paid expedia amount—for what?

We are sorry that the county was doing work on the water main in the area, which caused the surrounding area to be on a boil water notice. This prevented us from being able to provide our normal drink service. We do apologize for the inconvenience. The 14.95 fees collected at the property are listed through Expedia when booking, but we understand the confusion when showing it. We hope to have an opportunity to provide a higher quality stay in the future. Thank you for your feedback.

I didn’t like the fact that the room was not that clean. There where used face clothes on the shower pole. Baseboards in washroom dirty with hair on it. I really wasn’t impressed for 160$.

Even tho every other room had dogs barking, music blasting, and people yelling the manager came to our door at 2pm and said the kids and dogs were too loud lmao. We had kept the kids quiet watching tv for hours and the dogs had barked once when a random dog jumped at the window. I’ve never seen such creepy people in my life as I saw there during our stay. It was clean enough I guess but still not a fun stay.

The only issue was a security light right outside my first floor room that even shined through the black out curtain. This caused my room to have too much light to afford me a good night’s sleep.

Water was shut off at 9:00 pm. No offer to relocate or get any type of refund or credit. Probably a one time thing but with a pre-pay, I was stuck.

When we got into the room and try to use the restroom the toilet overflow. Then call the front she said she couldn’t do anything because they was full and there wasn’t a maintenance man on duty. Then she gave my husband some towels to dry the floor up, she didn’t come up to see what was going on or nothing she didn’t even check on us anymore that day or night we had to stay in that room because we couldn’t go home because to far away from home. The next morning they said they left a note saying to give us our money back.

Carpets were gritty and dirty. The room had a funky smell. We had 4 people in our room but housekeeping only left us 3 sets of towels and 2 washcloths. Breakfast was limited. There were strange people hanging around the entrance and lobby during the evening/night. The toilet in our room and the lobby kept backing up.

The area is very noisy and you can hear the other occupants clearly as well. The hotel wasn’t that clean as the bathroom had hair in the sink and dried tooth paste on faucet. The toilet wasn’t clean either as it had stains. My opinion, train your cleaning staff or do a final inspection of rooms.
