Staff did a nice job remedying a situation... Our first night was not restful as the people in the room next door did not stop making noise till after 1 a.m. We contacted the front desk at 12:15 a.m., but there was no remedy at that time. The next morning, however, after raising this concern via Expedia at 12:45 a.m., the situation was remedied. We were provided a room away from the "party people" and also an upgrade in the process. The day staff did a very nice job to make sure that the one bad night would not put a damper on the rest of our stay.

Dear Robinson, although the single queen room may seem small to you it is the most economical and that is why guests love the room. But we also have larger rooms with 2 queen beds for a nominal fee. Please select that type of room and I think you will be more comfortable.Thank you!

Staff was great...our room did not have hot water and they up graded our room at no charge and lots of hot water...rooms were clean and worked great for us.

The supposed “Queen” bed we booked was definitely a double… I guess they really put the “micro” into micro hotel. It was also dirtier than expected… random hairs on pillows / bathroom floor. Some of the pillows had red / orange type stains on them and this felt uncomfortable. For house keeping to not notice these basic things an average guest like myself would notice at a glance, or for them to simply not care is unacceptable. I’ll put it this way in terms of cleanliness, I kept my shoes on at all times in all areas of the room because I felt grossed out touching anything with my socks or bare feet. The property was also just kind of old, dingy and like the elevators for example were really slow and grungy looking. Overall, it was a meh experience and next time I’d splurge a little more for more peace and comfort.

Great Hotel very clean awesome Front Desk staff at Night! I wish I could remember her name but the lady at the front desk was so Fun and helpful! Breakfast is good in the morning Pancake machine was fun! Pool was clean I will stay there again while visiting the Villages

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in. The shower was FULL of mold, the sheets had stains on them (we asked THREE times for them to be changed and it never happened) our room was never cleaned during the 3 days staying there, the bathroom had body hair swept into a ball in the corner, the floors felt like someone rubbed grease everywhere. The floors were sticky and nasty. The food at the breakfast tasted sour and expired. I would say this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Property is great, we stayed in a queen suite on the first floor. It was quiet and had a lot of room. The cons. Shower was terrible, most of the water was coming out of the faucet instead of the shower head. The bed was uncomfortable, sloped to the middle. There was no coffee at 7:00am when we went for breakfast, the person that was supposed to be attending to the breakfast had just arrived and was more interested in getting the cleaning carts ready instead of refilling the breakfast items.

The property could definitely use some updating. There was a big sign on the front of the building saying “No Pets Allowed” but there were guest walking their dogs in and around the property while I was checking in. One night while there I came back to a group of people hanging out around one of the entrances smoking and congregating. I was a little nervous because of the rumored “Klan” presence in that area but I made it to my room safely without incident. Unless it’s a one or two night stay I don’t recommend. It appeared that a lot of people were long term guest (living) there. I was forced to stay here due to the other nicer places being full but I learned my lesson to plan better for my next trip.

The staff were very friendly. However, we arrived around 2;00 and wanted to check in early . We knew the room was not ready but we wanted to get a room key to avoid our late arrival. Staff said they couldn’t do it. When we returned after 10:30, we had to ring a bell by the counter and it took a good 15 minutes before a staff person arrived. If we had the key earlier, we wouldn’t be inconvenienced.

The staff was amazing on Friday night February 23rd. I reserved a room with one bed and at the last minute my friend joined me. Sorry don’t remember the names, a gentlemen didn’t think he had a room left but he took the effort and found one. The lady was from South America. ? They were both very very polite and engaging. 10 stars The breakfast was lacking, not much and the de cafe was like water.

This was a nice hotel. It was clean and the staff was very nice. I don’t know what I paid offhand, but I’m guessing it wasn’t much. Room was small. Tried to force myself to eat the breakfast twice and couldn’t do it.

It is posted that towels and sheets are only replaced every three days. I stayed six days and five nights. My linens were not replaced once. I had to ask for towels twice. Breakfast was also pretty lack luster.

Hair in the bathroom, paper thin walls, thick foam pillows that are useless. Just a cheap place to stay if everything else is full.

Basically clean, but not around the edges.
It was basically clean but not everywhere. My only complaint was in the corners, of bathroom, under desk, mostly around the edges. Also, the carpet didn't feel very clean.
