This inviting abode is ideal for large families, easily accommodating up to 7 guests, offering convenience, comfort, and easy access to the city. Free on street parking makes our place the ideal base for your family this summer! The space Welcome to our family-friendly and spacious home. The living area is thoughtfully designed to accommodate families. It's an ideal setup for relaxation and spending quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen offers ample space for meal preparation and is stocked with all the necessary appliances and utensils. Whether you're cooking a quick snack or preparing a family feast. Bedroom 1 features two comfortable single beds, perfect for children or individual guests. Bedroom 2 offers a cozy single bed, while the master bedroom treats you to a luxurious king-size bed for a restful night's sleep. Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. With soft linens and thoughtful touches, we aim to ensure that every guest feels right at home. Guest access Guests can access entire property. Other things to note To confirm there is free on-street parking available outside the property. Please ensure you do not park in front of any of the neighbor's houses. Additional rules Please do not leave dirty dishes or rubbish in the property. Any extra cleaning required will be charged to you at £30 per hour plus the cost of any damages. Please turn off heating when vacating the house. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
