Room service was a joke. Hour and half for anyone to even contact us back after being told we would be called back, made us late for our evening we were attending. When it did come it was not what we had ordered and ive grabbed better sandwiches crom a petrol station.
Breakfast booked for 10.30 in our room, despite checking twice, no breakfast arrived. When rang down to reception I was put through to room service who put me straigbt on hold without even saying hello and I remained on hold for aome time. I hung up in the end.
