Loved the staff so kind helpful location beautiful peaceful nice to walk shop eat everything always stay all the time

Location is really good with secure parking and facilities close by.

Location and staff were good. The room smelt off, the carpet seemed dirty, there were wine stains on the desktop, the air con was very noisy. Generally disappointing- i’ve had consistently better experiences at Premier Inn. Stayed in Room 535.

Brilliant location helpful staff good clean rooms. Breakfast bit disappointing as most cooked food dried up as being out too long.

Room service was a joke. Hour and half for anyone to even contact us back after being told we would be called back, made us late for our evening we were attending. When it did come it was not what we had ordered and ive grabbed better sandwiches crom a petrol station. Breakfast booked for 10.30 in our room, despite checking twice, no breakfast arrived. When rang down to reception I was put through to room service who put me straigbt on hold without even saying hello and I remained on hold for aome time. I hung up in the end.
