The “Dolly” unit is a charming apartment with a private front porch looking out on the Main Street in Lee. The location could not have been any better. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance on Main Street. A very short drive to Tanglewood, downtown Lenox, and many other area attractions. The apartment itself is comfortable with plenty of room for two. It does not have a full kitchen (bar sink, small fridge and toaster oven) but is well equipped. We visited Melville’s Arrowhead, Wharton’s The Mount, High Lawn Farm for ice cream, Mount Greylock’s Summit...I even managed a horseback trail ride in nearby Stephentown, NY. Celebrating our 55th Anniversary, we highly recommend fine dining at Café Triskele, only two doors down from our small, but warmly comfortable apartment. The apartment included inviting front porch seating which provided a restful delight after our daily adventures. The owner, Jeff, was most pleasant and accommodating. While not luxurious, our stay was fully pleasant and at times even magical. Only minutes from Tanglewood and other local attractions, it's located in the town center within walking distance of a number of good restaurants. The unit itself is very clean and comfortable, and perfect for a quick getaway. It's also pet friendly, and our two pups enjoyed their stay as well.
