### Appartement Laurel, 4 personnes, piscine, plage à 2 min en voiture

Appartement en rez de jardin situé dans une belle résidence de standing sécurisée et calme (gardien sur place). Situé à 2 minutes du domaine de saint Cyprien et de sa plage avec ses eaux turquoises et son sable fin.  
  
Appartement confortablement équipé pouvant accueillir 4 personnes. Wifi à disposition, climatisation et place de parking privée. La résidence comprend une grande piscine sécurisée pour les enfants  
  
L'appartement comporte une chambre avec lit double en 160 cm et tv et une deuxième chambre avec 2 lits simples que nous pouvons rapprochés et tv.  
Salle d'eau avec WC.  
Séjour avec cuisine américaine.   
TV dans le séjour avec wifi.   
L'appartement est entièrement climatisé.  
La cuisine équipée avec tout le confort nécessaire.  
Jolie terrasse ombragée, idéale pour passer des soirées paisibles, barbecue à disposition.

Serviettes de plage de qualité (100x150): \*\*10€ TTC\*\*/personne et par séjour

La résidence est calme, les logements bien séparés afin que chacun ait son intimité et peu de vis-à-vis  
Saint Cyprien est un domaine propice à des vacances réussies. Plage surveillée, commerces essentiels. Vous trouverez un boucher, une boulangerie, une supérette pour les besoins alimentaires de première nécessité. Vous trouverez également un centre de plongée mais aussi la possibilité de louer bateau, vélo… Le Ponton vous accueillera pour vous initier au ski nautique, à la traction de bouée mais aussi au parachute ascensionnel. Vous trouverez sur place plusieurs restaurants et paillotes au bord de l'eau. A 10 minutes en voiture du centre de Porto-Vecchio et de sa vieille ville pleine de charme, l'appartement est idéal de par sa localisation.  
  
Nous sommes soucieuses de rendre votre séjour à la hauteur de vos attentes.  
La SC Immobilier Conciergerie sera sur place pour vous accueillir. Elle vous contactera avant votre arrivée et sera disponible tout le long de votre séjour.

5 jours pour rayonner dans la partie sud, c'était très bien placé. Logement très bien équipé, tout y est, hors saison grand calme, accès piscine direct c top !
