This is a very tired facility. And while relatively clean, it really needs a facelift. Our room was large, but the carpeting was old, stained as was all of the furniture. The bed was OK, bedding and towels clean, and overall room was OK, but smelled musty. Had 2 AC units, one was so noisy as to be called broken and had to be turned off to be able to sleep.

"You cannot beat the location. You are right in city center St. Pete. It made the condition of the room, (not cleanliness, it felt clean) so much as the build/age. Very small bathroom and a smell of mold. This hotel could charge a lot more per night if they put some money in upgrading the place."
