Stayed 5 days, never seemed to be effort to fix 1st floor elevator button issue. Breakdast used to be spread out more with more quanties of everything. Always just enough put out. 5 days, only just a few sausage links, always at bottom of milk pitcher, just very little put out."

"Awesome chalet with easy access to the ski slopes (15 minutes to Oz). The host Chloe was very accommodating and responsive. When we got stuck one night on the road to the chalet, due to a snowstorm, the host immediately contacted the neighbors who came to help and drove us the next day to pick up our car. "Good communication through what’s up. The person welcomed us, showed the room and was very pleasant. The property have kitchen, bathroom and beds. Almost all you need except towels and bedding (?). We have been told it’s common here and offered to buy some for the same price as room itself. It’s the 1st time we encountered this in our many travels around different countries. Not having toiletries? No problem. No dish soap? Strange having a kitchen and no dish soap to clean dished, but ok. But no towels and even bedding? It wasn’t mentioned anywhere. Otherwise the stay was good. I wish we had more view of mountains from our apartment. Overall I would recommend staying here. Beautiful nature!"
