The front desk staff were so sweet and helpful. We do not speak French, and had an emergency where we needed two different taxis going different directions, we had no idea where to even start. She just picked up the phone and started calling for us and found each of us one right away. They also asked the kitchen at the connected restaurant to let us in before they closed as we got in late the night before. The food was amazing, by the way! The best cheeseburger we've ever had. Everything was modern and clean, I will definitely be staying there again.

"Lovely setting for a beautiful chateaux. Nice room and pool which was very busy all the time - although it was baking hot. No lunch or snacks available at all. Supper was absolutely ghastly, so much so we couldn’t eat any of the main course. Solid as a rock baked potato’s. Overcooked soggy vegetables ..."
