"Good: location; clean; rapid communication Bad: 3rd floor (hot inside! 41C one evening) These things were advertised but did not exist: NO air conditioning; NO couch; NO separate bedroom: 1 bathroom. Very bad: Host allowed me to extend stay, then required payment in CASH. I had to return to Rouen to leave cash."

"Amazing stay, very clean apartment, in the middle of rouen where you can visit the city walking."

"Malheureusement, l’appartement no. 4 était sale, moisissures dans la douche, vaisselle mal lavée, couverts insuffisants, pas de produits de courtoisie, détritus sous le lit. L’annonce faisait mention d’un stationnement, mais c’est sur la rue au gré des espaces disponibles plus ou moins éloignés de l’appartement. Le petit déjeuner aperçu en photo, montrait des fruits que nous n’avons jamais eus. Pour couronner le tout, la laveuse était défectueuse et inutilisable. Bref non recommandé."

"The flat is nice and clean. However, the surroundings are awful and noisy. One of the beds squeaks really loudly. What was really annoying was that we had to wait for more than 40 minutes in the heat with two children after 6 hours of traveling because the owner did not show up. Even though we wrote several messages back and forth only to see him finally coming out of the house in question behind us. All he had to offer was a lame excuse that he hadn't seen the message."
