Dishes were dirty, one of the showers full of hair. Two of the rooms smelled moldy. The mold must be between the original old wall and the drywall. Some things were broken and need to be fixed. There is a huge deposit in cash, which is way too much. I usually don’t have so much cash in times of credit cards and I don’t like that. There’s enough space for a party of 14 and enough equipment.
