Tout d'abord le proprietaire est tres sympathique et accueillant .Sa maison est tres bien amenagée il ne manque rien et surtout avec une proprete irréprochable. Le point fort on traverse la rue et on est à la plage . Nous avons tout fait à pieds avec un loulou de 5ans.

Nous avons passés de très bons moments dans cette location. À 100 mètres de la plage et à 2 km du centre du Grau du Roi. La maison est très propre et bien équipée. Monsieur FONTANIER est un hôte très accueillant et disponible . À refaire.

Séjour au calme, proche de la plage du Boucanet. Le port est magnifique avec ses commerces et ses animations. une climatisation dans la 2eme chambre et des Wc au rez-de-chaussée serait un plus. Il faudrait laisser un peu de place dans les placards pour ranger les courses.

Nous avons adoré cette petite maison . Elle est très bien située, dans un quartier calme, à 2 pas de la plage, il n'y qu'à traversé la rue. le port et sa zone commerciale sont à 15mn à pied, cela fait une belle petite balade le soir après la plage La maison en elle même est très propre, les pièces sont toutes de très bonne taille y xcompris la douche La clim est présente et la petite terrasse avec son barbecue est très agréable. Vraiment rien à redire, allez y les yeux fermés, nous on garde l'adresse sous le coude
